• Service Fee $225.00 per quarter – House is built and fully connected to FPSD

• Standby Fees $155.00 per quarter – Lot has Tap fee paid but not Connection fee. Only applies to lots purchased prior to 2007.

• Facilities Fee $125 per quarter – Lot has no Tap or Connection to FPSD.

• Tap and Connection Fee: $11,000 – All lots that do not have a prepaid Tap fee will have to pay for the Tap and Connection fee at time of construction of house.

• Tap fee: $6,000 - Tap fees were collected separately prior to 2007 on select lots. These lots owe only the $5,000 Connection Fee.

• Connection Fee:  $5,000.00 - Connection Fee only applies to lots purchased prior to 2007 and have the Tap fee paid.

• Tap Transfer Fee:  $500.00

• Installation Inspection Fee $250

Requirement for all builders/lot owners:
Before ARC gives final approval and before the County Building Department issues permits, you must obtain a letter from Fairway Pines Sanitation District stating that all fees, including Tap and Connection fees, are paid and up to date.
